Tune Up, Health & Updates Check - This is targeted at maintaining your computer directly and not about if your machine is directly infected with a virus or malware, covering maintaining your machine working correctly.
Virus Removal & Corruption fixes - This covers dealing with Windows Corruption, deals with computer slow downs, checking drive health, removing viruses or even getting rid of remote control applications.
Windows 10 to 11 Upgrade - This covers dealing with upgrading your machine that's running Windows 10 to see if its capable of running Windows 11 then doing the actual upgrade.
Cloning to a larger dive - This service is for taking your drive that's low on storage to increasing the capacity to a larger drive.
Laptop Battery & Fan replacement - Replace your bloating battery, solve your laptop fan that's no longer cooling down your machine.
Remote Services - This option is for dealing with small software problems, staring to determine if the problem with changing hardware or not, remote education or teaching on specific issues on dealing with setting up a printer as a wired connection or attempt to
re-initialize a printer that's already on the network and re adding it to see if it will continue to print.

Network Setup, Connect and setup devices to your network, connect your TV, Computer & any kind of other devices to your network that Involves dealing with your router. Diagnose range of devices connecting to your router. (On-site only service)
Printer Setup for wireless printers can only be done at your house on your House Wi-fi Network & must have a Router. (On-site only service)

These are the average cycles for dealing with you're computers maintenance equivalent too checking your car's check engine light. These are averages depending on medium usage of your machine.
Windows Tune Up & Corruption Check: 6 - 8 Months
(preventive maintenance)
Windows Updates: 1 - 2 Months
Thermal Re-paste on CPU & GPU: 2 - 3 Years
Drive Health Check: 6 months - 1 Year

Clean out any kind of dust build up: 3 - 6 Months
Battery health average usage: 3 - 4 years starting from first purchase of machine. (Within reasonable sense, this is typically what you can be on the safe side of expecting out of your battery.)
On-site Services
For customers who need computer assistance at their home or business, I offer convenient on-site service with straightforward hourly pricing.
Onsite Services are done by the first hour is $95 then $1.25 per additional hour (billed in 15-minute increments when applicable)
The first hour covers travel time, arrival, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and the initial hands-on work required to resolve your issue.
Some repairs may be completed within the first hour, while more complex issues such as hardware failures, operating system problems, data recovery, or advanced troubleshooting may require additional time.
For customers who do not require an on-site visit, a pick-up and drop-off option may be available for a flat service fee of $50. This option is ideal for repairs that can be completed at our workspace without requiring an appointment at your location.
Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the repair. Customers will be informed of any additional costs before work beyond the approved service is performed.
